Damian began his career as a Production Designer for Shoots & Ladders, featuring Christine Elise McCarthy (ER, Beverly Hills 90210), and Serial, starring Lauren Velez (HBO's Oz), later co-writing and directing the comedies, Big Dreams and Big Dreams 2. Damian's next production, which he also co-wrote and directed, is the psychological thriller, Blink, starring Kristina Klebe (Rob Zombie's Halloween, Zone of the Dead). Blink was an official selection at both the 2007 Hoboken International Film Festival and the 2007 Long Island International Film Expo. In 2009, Damian wrote and directed, Situation, starring Joe Gannascoli (The Sopranos) which was an official selection at the 2009 Long Island International Film Festival. Most recently, Damian wrote and directed a gritty war film set during the early days of Operation Enduring Freedom, entitled Cigarette Soup.
Damian is also the author of numerous scripts including an epic true story set in 1911 Europe, entitled The Rome Prize. His next project Cope, which he wrote and will be directing, is slated to go into production in 2014.

William T. Lackey was born on 4 February 1896 in Saugerties, New York, USA.
